It's been a long time since I've seen this movie and when I saw it I got that impression that they were Christians as well. If they worship relics and follow someone who strips them of their God given individuality then they are not Christian in the slightest. Who are the Bright and Shiny Cult? and where did they come from? well the idea orinoigated fromt he movie bubble boy where there was a cult called the bright and shiny cult it was a cult of christian extreaminsts where they drive around in a colorful buss singing some song where to be in the cult all members had to cut off there sexual body parts as in guys cut there stuff off and girls have to do the same then it is put in a shoebox and given to the leader where no 1 knows what he dose with them and every one int he cult is named TODD the guys and the girls thus why sometimes we will refer to them as todd the cult also worshiped some relics witch showed a man in a bubble an they think if they dont save him they will all be forced to pay by there god and when they find bubble boy they try to pop him where one of buble boys mutated friends show up and they all think they are mutating becasue they couldent save him and we jsut call kelsy and hir friends todd or the bright and shiny cult because they are christian extreamists they thry to push christanity on you
