They did not apply the payment to the accounts & instead made a new invoice(with the check # submitted) & applied the whole payment to 1 acct. I submitted a payment with the remittance stubs for 10 accounts & it was received and cashed 12-21-22. I received the bill which they have taken the money for. It was my understanding it would not be charged, and that I would receive a bill. They took my payment automatically on 4-28-2023 from a prior payment source that they said I had to submit before they could do the service. I asked for a copy of the contract which I have yet to receive.
